Boasting a prime position on the CBD fringes, this ‘soon-to-be-renovated’ office space needed to attract companies to its creative environment.

The image assets were extremely limited at the time due to the sprint to market needed. However the office attributes were vast and impressive – too many to mention? Maybe not! We developed a strong brand presence in the market that was bound to stand out and attract the kind of businesses that were favoured.

In lieu of tangible images and CGIs, we designed a typographic treatment of the office’s selling points. Making that the key graphic and focus of all marketing.

The campaign was a success – cutting through the proverbial commercial property noise and attracting good leads for the client.
